As a CO+I Learning Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering technical training programmes tailored to the needs of our datacenter teams. This includes conducting workforce training needs analyses, implementing procedural change management initiatives, and supporting the development of trainers within your region. You’ll apply project and programme management principles to evaluate training effectiveness, report on learning outcomes, and contribute to the career growth of our trainers. The role offers flexibility in terms of location and work-from-home scheduling, depending on time zone coverage and business needs.

As a Learning Program Manager within CO+I, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the delivery of foundational technologies that support Microsoft’s online services, including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.
