As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be driving high priority UX research programs for our Microsoft Sales Experience (MSX) team in the business applications division. MSX is a comprehensive and integrated solution built on Dynamics that supports the capture and progression of customer engagements, sales interactions, forecasted revenue, and expected revenue. It provides one central source of business-to-business sales activity, making it easier to track and manage opportunities. The team's mission is to transform seller experiences by leveraging AI and automation, enabling timely and personalized interactions that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
