NVIDIA is hiring a Product Quality Engineer to lead cross-functional teams for quality issue resolutions. Join our team and contribute to product quality. You will greatly influence quality across the company through interactions with internal and external engineering groups. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills with a strong structured problem-solving background and proven experience in failure root cause resolution. Your hands-on failure analytical skills and strong quality mindset are essential as you will be working to drive board quality improvement initiatives and programs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the quality PIC of the product(s), monitor field return performance. Identify improvement opportunities. Drive for continued improvements in manufacturing quality, product design, component quality, etc.

• Follow the most effective techniques or invent new approaches to guarantee that NVIDIA's advanced hardware products are the best in the industry.

• Handle customer complaints on board/system products. Lead cross-functional meetings with worldwide teams. Leverage internal engineering resources and problem-solving methodologies for quality issue root causing. Generate 8D reports.

• Partner with SQE team on In-region Contract Manufacturer audits, especially on the CAPA implementation result verification.

• Provide technical support for On-site Verification activities -- Responding to technical questions from the customers on verification equipment/software setup.

• Participate in the meetings for material dispositions and change requests to address quality risks and drive for mitigation.

• Participate in NPI meetings and CM (Contract Manufacturer) meetings to address quality risks and drive for closure before shipment.

What we need to see:

• B.Eng. degree or above or equivalent experience.

• Experienced in APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, DOE, Six Sigma.

• Verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

• 3+ years of experience in PCBA/System Integration field.

• Knowledgeable with IPC standard, ISO standard, PCIe standard, OCP standard.

• Familiar with PCBA/System Integration manufacturing operation as well as Edge Computing/AI infrastructure architecture and technology

• Familiar with PCBA/System level debug.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
