Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of experience working with Salesforce development, application design and system integration
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Debugging and troubleshooting experience on third-party applications (e.g., Salesforce, Verint, Intellum, Contentstack) and their integration with first-party.
• Experience in implementing, customizing, or integrating third-party applications within business enterprise software.
• Experience collaborating with developers, business system leads, and program managers to clarify requirements and drive execution.
• Knowledge and understanding of establishing/improving/maintaining operational procedures and processes for IT Infrastructure.

Description

You lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for both in-house and customer-facing web applications. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of Googlers using UI and functional specs/prototypes as input. You are empowered to act like an owner, take action and innovate to meet user and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise platforms (both first-party and third-party) through participation in Oncall, complex issues troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and testing. 
• Identify processes and solutions to ensure control compliance can be enforced and monitored. Design and implement solutions to automate development tasks, releases, and maintenance of the first-party and third-party platform.
• Drive operational excellence through identifying and executing efficiency opportunities both in technical and process domains.
• Develop and deliver technical analysis presentations to leadership as well as to mentor junior engineers.
