The role and opportunities

As an Analyst at Transaction Diligence, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience by working with financial due diligence across different sectors and businesses. You will have the opportunity to join a dedicated team responsible for conducting financial analyses and offering transaction advice to the largest and most prominent clients, both nationally and internationally, spanning corporate entities and private equity firms.

In our field, we specialize in financial due diligence throughout the mergers and acquisitions process. Our primary goal is to provide our clients with insights into a company\'s financial health, enabling them to have the best foundation for buying or selling decisions. This involves aiding our clients in understanding business drivers through the use of cutting-edge analytics tools and advanced financial analyses.

Your profile

  • Qualifications:

    • You have graduated in 2024 or planning to graduate in 2025 from an accounting or finance focused masters program (such as FIR, FIN, Cand.merc.aud or cand.polit).

    • You speak and write English fluently.

    • You have experience with Microsoft Power Point and Excel.

The steps in our recruitment process are as follows:

  2. Interview: Selected candidates will be invited to two rounds of face-to-face interviews including one case interview, with time for preparation. The interviews will take place in November and December 2024.
