The selected candidate will be helping with SRAM compiler development, in additional will also help with the following:

  • Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation.
  • Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation.
  • Contributes to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits.
  • Analyzes equipment to establish operation infrastructure, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results.

This is part-time, onsite (hybrid) Internship that requires weekly in office presence in Austin Texas. It is expected to last 3 months and will start in Spring 2025. 

Qualifications

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

What we need to see (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Candidate must be actively pursuing a BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ months of experience in the following:
  • Spice simulation

  • characterization

  • design automation

  • architecture exploration

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
