What you will do
Business Transformation consultants help clients embrace, adapt, and transform their business by asking forward-thinking questions which will lead to innovative solutions which support helping our clients remain competitive and successful. We help clients with imagining, designing, leading, and delivering end-to end transformations through business design, transformation architecture, innovation and experience design, and transformation delivery.
As a staff consultant, you will:
Help our clients tackle some of the most pressing end-to-end challenges being driven by the changing digital environment.
Define and streamline commercial functions and go-to-market strategy across pricing, sales, and services.
Create and sustain value for clients and support them in reimagining and mobilizing new business and operating models to drive sustainable change.
Adopt experience-led methodologies to help clients conceptualize, design, and execute their enterprise transformation.
Bring together product, digital and design capabilities to help clients reimagine and reconfigure their enterprise.
Deliver the transformation program and bring the value realization to life.
Job Requirements and Preferences
Required Qualifications
Have or be working towards a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Management, Consulting, Information Systems, Public Health or healthcare, or Government related majors
Aptitude, and/or experience in Python or other technical languages and basic understanding of AI and familiarity with prompt logic and data needs to drive AI modeling.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with team members and clients.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strong academic background in business and technology disciplines.
Flexibility and readiness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary (Ways of Working)
Candidates interested in the Government & Public Sector focus must:
Have U.S. citizenship and be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher, within the designated time frame, which will be determined by the engagement requirements for a security clearance.

What we offer
We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The salary range for this job, in the US, is $78,000-$88,000. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
