What you will do
Process & Controls is dedicated to helping our clients identify, assess, and manage financial, operational, compliance, IT and strategic risks across their enterprise to provide value to their business. As a part of the Process & Controls team, you will work closely with senior team members to help clients manage their risks and improve their organizational processes through designing and implementing optimized business processes, internal controls, compliance programs, risk management and internal audit activity.
As a trusted business advisor, our Process & Controls team assists our clients in assessing and responding to risks in both a consulting and assurance context. This dual perspective provides you an opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of a company’s strategic priorities, business strategies, business and IT processes, operations, and corresponding risks and controls.

The Financial Services Organization (FSO) serves clients across the following industries: Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, and Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction.
The National Consulting practice serves clients across a variety of industries including, but not limited to: Consumer, Retail, Health, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, Mobility, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Private Equity, Media, Technology, and Telecommunications.
Job Requirements and Preferences
Required Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or master\'s degree in business with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Information Management or related technical fields such as Business Analytics
Desire to work in the areas of risk management, compliance, internal controls and/or internal audit as demonstrated by relevant course work, interest or internship experience.
Passion for technology, innovation, and a curious mindset
Flexibility and readiness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary (Ways of Working)
Preferred Qualifications
Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Outlook and MS Power Bi
Ability to work as an effective member of a team.
Ability to provide and receive coaching and feedback.
Willingness and ability to learn and work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrates excellent project management and organizational skills, time management capabilities and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, proving success in high pressure scenarios.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with team members and clients through both verbal and written communication.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrate a growth-oriented mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt in a dynamic business landscape.

What we offer
We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The salary range for this job, in the US, is $78,000-$88,00. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
