What you will do
The Insurance and Actuarial Advisory Services (IAAS) practice is a market leading service, covering all segments of the property/casualty and life/health insurance industries. We’ll look to you to support our Client Engagement teams, performing diverse range of actuarial tasks, including financial modelling, loss reserving, financial and regulatory reporting, product development and pricing analysis, litigation support, customer analytics, rate setting and other consulting projects. Job Requirements and Preferences
Required Qualifications
Have or be working toward a bachelor’s or master\'s degree in an actuarial science, finance, or mathematics related field, supported by a strong academic record
Strong preference for at least 2 actuarial exams passed
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with team members and clients
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Relevant prior internship experience in the actuarial field
Flexibility and readiness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary (Ways of Working)
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Excel VBA, R, Python)
Demonstrate a growth-oriented mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt in a dynamic business landscape
Exhibit intellectual curiosity and a purpose-driven approach to turn challenges into opportunities and drive meaningful change
Utilize structured thinking to effectively analyze and articulate complex problems and solutions
Display a positive attitude and teamwork mentality towards colleagues and clients

The salary range for this job, in the US, is $26.95 per hour. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
